* Property is on well water, there is a filter installed in the fridge for drinking water, guests are encouraged to bring their own water
*Door County has a lot of iron in the soil, we provide a filter for the out door water hose and there is a water softener installed as well.
*Property is on a gravel private road that is being maintained regularly.

*Cold plunge and outdoor shower not available during the freezing months and will reopen in late April/early May weather dependent

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
